How long is the free trial, really?

7 days, full access, every feature unlocked. We collect a card at signup so the trial flips to a paid month seamlessly if you stay — but nothing's charged until day 8, and you can cancel from your billing screen with one click.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get a 30-day grace window where you can sign back in, export your client list, bookings and payments. Cancelling also automatically ends every Stripe subscription attached to your customers — no sneaky bills after you leave.

Why $89 AUD/month — and is there a cheaper plan?

One plan, everything in. No "starter" tier that's missing the bits you need, no per-seat fees that punish you for adding a second groomer. The list price is $89 AUD/month, same worldwide. Australian customers add 10% GST ($97.90 inc. GST) which GST-registered businesses can claim back. If $89 is too much, the free trial gives you a week to decide whether it pays for itself (it usually does on saved admin time alone).

I'm not in Australia — can I still use PawRoute?

Absolutely. PawRoute is used by groomers in Australia, the US, the UK, New Zealand and beyond. Pricing is the same worldwide — $89 AUD/month — your card automatically converts to your local currency at checkout (roughly $58 USD / £47 GBP at current rates). GST is only added for Australian customers. The app supports any address format and any time zone, and support is in English over email.

Does it work on my phone?

Yep — PawRoute is a Progressive Web App, so it installs to your home screen on iOS and Android with its own icon and full-screen view. Native App Store and Play Store apps are on the roadmap.
