1. Agreement to Terms
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PawRoute ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the PawRoute web application and related services at www.pawroute.com.au (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement and your active subscription.
3. Account & Subscription
You must register an account and maintain an active paid subscription to use the Service beyond the free trial period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described on our pricing page and at checkout.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your User Data solely to operate and improve the Service.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe, QuickBooks (Intuit), Google Calendar, Twilio, and Resend. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, design, logos, and documentation — remain with PawRoute. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PawRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach this Agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Agreement on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
