2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address.
Customer & pet data: Business users enter customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, pet details (name, breed, weight, notes), and appointment history.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit-card numbers. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to manage billing.
Usage data: We automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to improve the Service.
Third-party integrations: If you connect QuickBooks, Google Calendar, or Twilio, we store the OAuth tokens and synchronisation data necessary to operate those integrations.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, reminders) via Resend.
- Send SMS messages you initiate through Twilio.
- Synchronise data with QuickBooks or Google Calendar when you enable those integrations.
- Respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio — SMS messaging.
- Intuit / QuickBooks — accounting synchronisation (if enabled).
- Google — calendar synchronisation (if enabled).
- Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security policies in our database, and secure token storage for integrations. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
